You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
1.Through 11:59PM on December 25, 2011 Eagle 94.3 will accept entries for our Eagle’s Best Buck contest. MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO ENTER.
2.ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL receive a Summit Viper Deer Stand, valued at $255, from CO-OP.
3.To enter, you must submit a photo of person and harvested buck at eagle943.com. WEGI reserves the right to reject any photo that does not meet contest guidelines. Registration will end on 11:59PM on December 25, 2011.
4.Following the registration period, there will be a voting period from December 26, 2011 ending on January 8, 2012 at 11:59PM to determine the grand prize winner. Person may vote once per day.
5. One entry per person. One winner per family and household. The term family shall include spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and co-habituating significant others. Winners may not win another prize from Eagle 94.3 for a period of 90 days.
6.All entrants agree that their name, voice, photograph, video, character and likeness and entry may be used by Eagle 94.3 for promotional purposes. Winner must waive any claim of royalty and right of remuneration for such use.
7.Sponsors employees from Montgomery Farmers Co-Op and Allens Guns Shop along with 5 Star Radio employees are ineligible to enter this contest.
8.All winners assume financial obligations for state and federal taxes and all fees.
9.The contest is open to Kentucky and Tennessee residents who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older, with the exception of full or part time employees of SAGA Communications (which includes Eagle 94.3), and their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, other radio stations, and members of their immediate families.
10.Eagle 94.3 reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated in any way.
11.Eagle 94.3 cannot be held liable and shall have no responsibility for failure to win or claim any prize based on delays, omissions, oversights, or failure of the US Postal Service or allegations of telephone, computer, or internet difficulties. In the case of a dispute, winner may be required to provide proof of registration.
12.As a licensee of the FCC and a trustee of the public airwaves, Eagle 94.3 reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any contest or promotion (and not award the offered prize) at the discretion of Eagle 94.3 management if world events, the national mood, or public safety so warrant.
13.No purchase necessary to participate of win. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of Eagle 94.3 are final.
14.In the event the winner is subject to or the subject of any order or legal process issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of the winner (e.g. garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien and the like), Eagle 94.3’s delivery of the prize to the official representative of the governmental entity claiming a right to the prize shall be deemed to be the award of the prize to the winner. Eagle 94.3 shall be entitled to rely in good faith upon any documents presented by the representatives seeking to collect the prize in lieu of the winner. Eagle 94.3 shall not be liable for any claim by winner for damages incidental thereto.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM and Eagle 94.3 are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Eagle 94.3 reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
